Collecting fungi tree species, ecotype.

Expedition date 21 Apr 08. Location: Secondary jungle Kg. Peradong, Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan.

Rotten agarwood trunk from the dichot stem species was found decaying on the ground. Notice that the pinkish colouration is of the oleoraisin that later it turn to brown & black agarwood as the outer layer of the decaying trunk. This is colouration is unsually spread to the large extend of the trunk. & may be this species produce large amount of oleoraisin naturally. The left pic is the kind of the tree species & that endermic to the area.
